Has all the original parts and packaging
The outside sleeve as storage wear, but the Styrofoam and items are in good condition.
Pictures of the flaws: The Pole with the figurine broke off at some point. My mom had is secured with tacky wax. I will include some tacky wax if you would prefer that to gluing it.
The one hanging snowflake is missing part of it.
The bottom of 1 of the trees as a yellowing of the glue from time.
Everything is in good preowned condition
All the 3 flags and the thermometer on the side of the building are in great shape.
