The main business of FoodHunterTW is to sell and wholesale different food items. Currently, customers will inquire and place orders through WhatsApp. We have to find out the transactions of the day from different mobile phones and computers every day, and input the data one by one into Excel for recording. When encountering a customer who needs a receipt, we will enter the computer one by one to issue the order, and we will also send information to individual customers through WhatsApp, which takes a lot of time and human resources back and forth,
resulting in low efficiency. Therefore, we hope to introduce new System to solve the existing situation and improve the company’s productivity.
